Reply Length: Choose between Concise (1–2 sentences, ideal for mobile), Balanced, or Detailed (in-depth product guides).
Creativity (Temperature): We recommend a setting between 0.0 and 0.3 for strict factual answers with minimal hallucination risk.
Max Conversation Memory: Sets how many previous messages are sent with each prompt (default: 6 turns).

Encrypted Key Storage: All secret API keys are encrypted using AES-256 before being committed to your WordPress wp_options table. They are never transmitted to external telemetry servers.

Verify that the 'Go Live' switch is toggled on in WPilot AI → Settings. If you utilize page caching plugins (such as WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, or Cloudflare), purge your static cache. If JavaScript concatenation is active, exclude 'inkassist-widget.js' from deferral.

Navigate to WPilot AI → Knowledge and select 'Force Re-sync'. When you delete or retitle an article, WPilot AI automatically trims obsolete embeddings. Double-check that the target post or product is marked Published and not Draft.

Review your active AI Model in WPilot AI → Settings. Fast models such as gpt-4o-mini and Groq Llama 3.1 generally respond in under 800ms. Also verify that your hosting environment does not throttle outbound cURL connections.

WPilot AI encapsulates its frontend widget within a modern isolated Shadow DOM. This isolates widget styling entirely, preventing parent theme rules from spilling in or widget styling from modifying your site layout.

Check that your OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini API key has an active billing tier with remaining quota. Utilize the 'Test API Connection' tool in WPilot AI → Settings to validate before saving.

WPilot AI hooks into WordPress's native `save_post` lifecycle when status changes to 'publish'. If `DISABLE_WP_CRON` is active on your server, ensure your hosting system crontab runs at regular intervals.
