Our 7-day promise
If WPilot AI does not integrate smoothly with your workflow—whether due to hosting constraints, theme quirks, or evolving needs—simply email us within 7 days of payment for a complete refund. No bureaucratic red tape, no mandatory retention calls.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] (or reach out via our Contact page) within 7 days of payment.
- Include the email you paid with and your Order ID (found in your payment confirmation email).
- That's it. Confirmed within 24 hours on business days, reversal processed immediately.
When & how you get the money back
- Processing Window: 3 to 5 business days for funds to appear, subject to your financial institution's settlement schedule.
- Payment Destination: Funds are consistently reversed to the original payment instrument to adhere to standard anti-fraud compliance.
- India (UPI & Netbanking): UPI reversals typically credit within 1–3 business days; netbanking and local cards settle within 3–5 business days.
- International Payments: Typically require 5 to 10 business days depending on foreign exchange processing and issuing bank timelines.
- Tax Invoices: Refunded transactions receive a formal credit memo and adjusted tax receipt for your accounting records.
What happens to your license
Upon refund execution, the associated license key is retired immediately.
AI response generation and background content re-indexing will pause across connected domains.
The front-end chat widget automatically transitions to an offline contact form so your site never encounters visual glitches or script errors. You can safely remove the plugin at your discretion.
Cancellations & renewals
- Zero Unwanted Debits: We never perform automated surprise charges. Opting out of renewal simply means not executing next year's payment.
- Full-Term Access: Your license remains active for the entire 12 months you paid for, even if you decide immediately not to renew next year.
- Mid-Cycle Upgrades: Transitioning between tiers (e.g., Single Site to Growth) is computed pro-rata, and our 7-day guarantee covers the upgrade fee.
After 7 days
Standard discretionary refunds conclude 7 calendar days after the initial transaction.
If you experienced non-delivery of keys due to email filtering or a critical technical flaw that our engineers cannot remedy, reach out regardless. Genuine technical defects and delivery barriers are evaluated fairly on a case-by-case basis.

Initiating a bank chargeback freezes disputed funds for 60 to 90 days and incurs significant administrative overhead for both sides.
A direct message to [email protected] resolves refund requests in a fraction of that time with zero red tape and keeps your account in good standing.
If a chargeback has already been submitted in error by your bank, let us know and we will assist in resolving the dispute smoothly.
